Rate limits
Rate limits are enforced per API key, plus an anti-scraping per-IP cap for unauthenticated callers. Every response includes standard headers so your client can self-throttle.
| Plan | Requests / minute | Requests / day |

| Pro | 120 | 50,000 |
| Developer | 600 | 500,000 |

On 429
Exceeding the limit returns 429 rate_limited plus a Retry-After header. Back off with jitter. Repeated saturation is treated as abuse.
Anti-scraping
Anomaly detection flags sudden volume spikes and broad identifier enumeration. Flagged keys may be suspended pending review. If your workload is legitimately high-volume (e.g. a game server fleet), reach out before launching so we can tune limits.
